  • You are purchasing a license to use our course materials (videos and PDFs) for your own personal or classroom teaching.
  • Your account is for you alone. Please do not share your login or our course files with others.
  • We offer a fair, 14-day refund policy if you’re not satisfied.
  • All of the content on this site is our intellectual property.

1. The Service

Enter the Circle of Learning (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an online platform where users (“you,” “your”) can purchase a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our educational materials. This includes streaming our videos and downloading associated PDF lesson plans for non-commercial, personal, or classroom-based educational use.

2. User Accounts

To access our materials, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You will provide accurate and current information (name and email address).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Your account is for your individual use only. You agree not to share your username and password with any other person, including other teachers or parents.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, WooCommerce. When you make a purchase, you provide your payment information directly to them. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card information.
  • Refund Policy: We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at tickets@enterthecircleoflearning.com with your order details. Refunds will not be issued after this 14-day period.

4. Intellectual Property & Your License to Use Our Content

4.1. Our Intellectual Property

All materials provided on our website, including but not limited to videos, PDF lesson plans, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of [Your Company Name] and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. Your Limited License

When you purchase access to our materials, we grant you a limited license. This license allows you to:

  • Stream the purchased videos on any device for your personal or classroom use.
  • Download, save, and print the associated PDF lesson plans for use with your own students in your own classroom or home learning environment.

For example: You are welcome to print a worksheet for every student in your class. You cannot, however, email the PDF file to a colleague, upload it to a shared school district server, or post it on a public website.

5. Restrictions on Use

The license we grant you is conditional on your agreement not to do any of ahe following:

  • Share your account login credentials with any other person.
  • Resell, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise share our video or PDF files with any third party.
  • Post our content on any public or private website, intranet, or file-sharing service.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our content.
  • Use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

Violation of these terms constitutes a breach of this agreement and a violation of copyright law.

6. Termination of Your Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access to our materials, without a refund, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, particularly the terms outlined in Section 5.

7. Disclaimers

Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While our materials are designed to be effective educational tools, we do not make any guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability
